Welcome to Tweety's Page! She came to live with me on Sunday afternoon, June 9, 2002. She has been a joy and a blessing to me! She's learning how to not be scared, and how to perch on my shoulder, and my fingers. She says, "Pretty bird," "Tweety's a pretty bird," "Kiwi," "I'm sorry," and meows like the cats. She also imitates whistles and chirps that the other birds do... it's so cute! She can really do a great "sparrow" imitation! Tweety is by far my best talker, out of all three birds. She can (and does) talk a mile a minute!! And is so precious... I am really enjoying having a little 'keet around the house!!

Sweety came to live with me the same weekend that Tweety did, but she didn't stay long. She was, and is, very shy, and I was not able to tame her. So I have a good friend who is really great with birds. I asked her if she could take on Sweety. She readily agreed, and now Sweety is happily living in her new home. I wish them well, and hope that Sweety can overcome her shyness, and fears of anything and everything. Below is a link to some pictures I took of Sweety while she was here:
